Tony Vickers-Willis is a management consultant, University lecturer, author, counsellor, and speaker. Tony develops human capability, unlocks human potential, encourages adjustment to change, and engenders high performance. Tony is an MBA-qualified psychologist, with commercial experience in Australia, Asia Pacific, UK and India, in both private and public sectors. Tony's experience spans Financial Services, Retail, Media, Transport and Logistics, Manufacturing and Infrastructure, including working with ANZ Bank, Fairfax, Toll, PWC and Elders. His work in the public sector has spanned central and line agencies, including the Department of Human Services, Victorian Auditor General, Southern Health, and Department of Treasury & Finance. Tony also lectures Monash University post-graduate students in managing organisational change.
