Tony Vickers-Willis
is a management consultant, University lecturer, author, counsellor,
and speaker. Tony develops human capability, unlocks human potential,
encourages adjustment to change, and engenders high performance. This
site provides information for the benefit of Tony's clients, professional
colleagues, and his post-graduate students.
Tony
has a special interest in the human side of change, and his book, Bouncing
Back with CHANGES, shows people how to rebound naturally and positively
from personal tragedies which often cause great worry, anxiety, stress
and lingering depression that threaten life happiness. Bouncing
Back passes on one hundred years of research that offers a precious
life wisdom on how to rebound after personal set backs, then tells the
inspiring true life story of an Australian who did just that. Bouncing

Tony is an
MBA-qualified psychologist, with commercial experience in Australia,
Asia Pacific, UK and India, in both private and public sectors. Tony's
experience spans Financial Services, Retail, Media, Transport and Logistics,
Manufacturing and Infrastructure, including working with ANZ Bank, Fairfax,
Toll, PWC and Elders. His work in the public sector has spanned central
and line agencies, including the Department of Human Services, Victorian
Auditor General, Southern Health, and Department of Treasury & Finance.
Tony also lectures Monash University post-graduate students in managing
organisational change.
